Education provider needs a landing page for its brand

This is what a business in Australia was looking for in their landing page design

We need a landing page for an advertising campaign that we are currently running on seek.com.au.
We're Monarch Institute. We offer Australian online qualifications (courses) that help people get jobs with the right knowledge.
We'd like a landing page that shows our quirky, fun style that breaks away from traditional, conservative education advertising. The final landing page needs to be a strong converter for leads as it can take up to 90 days for someone to decide to study a course.
