Fully responsive and animated HTML5 Banner Ad

This is what Sirvoy Ltd. was looking for in their banner ad design

See attached the old version using Greensock animation. Issues with the old version is:
1. It's not fully responsive to any banner size
2. it's too long
3. it is not compatible with all browsers

I would like a similar ad but with the above issues sorted and an improved way to display the text. I would like it to be only 6 second long and use the text:
"Can guests find your accommodation?" (moving over city scape with lots of accommodation pins popping up)
"Make sure you stand out.." (one pin in the middle turns into a bigger Sirvoy logo pin)
"..with LOGO" (the logo gets bigger and has the logo text added to it. Should also show Call to action button below saying "Sign up now") Read more
