This is what a business in United States was looking for in their email marketing design

I have a handyman business and I want to design an email that will be sent out every month to our clients, so we will need a start design and are doing a home winterization package for residential clients, we are going to sell our "winterization package consultation" for $1 we will assess the clients house for what needs to be done every year for prevention, I want to have a cartoon "ish" look to it and round circles "buttons" with the sign for plumbing, electrical, freezing, cold and etc and a slogan for the campaign.
