Podcast Cover - Touch-Up/re-design

This is what Accomeda GmbH was looking for in their podcast design

Please "fine-tune" or re-design my existing podcast cover according to my suggestions (and any of your ideas). My inputs:- find a better font / better fonts- maybe colors- arrange text, image, etc in a way that it is more harmounious(But I'm also open for completely new approaches)For context:"Gründer & Zünder" is the podcast titleThe text below is the description"Flo Kandler" is the host's name"Von und mit" means "from and with". Maybe shorten to "by" or simple omit?The podcast will be Flo Kandler interviewing startup founders and startup "insiders" (investors, mentors, etc)Please also provide the names of the fonts you use to verify if they are for free or what price they are to license.
