New Restaurant Menu - Track 61

This is what Track 61 was looking for in their menu design

I'm looking for a MENU design with a particular feel. I want to have a base template made that I can then use for future alterations to the menu; ie I can go in and change out different entrees as the menu changes but the template will remain the same. The restaurants name is "Track 61". It is based off an old secret subway station underneath the Waldorf Astoria in NYC. The logo will look similar to a tile mosaic that you would see in NYC at a subway station. I've attached the logo that will appear in tile throughout the restaurant. A menu that I really like that inspires me is the menu from a restaurant called "White Chapel" in San Francisco. I suggest that you visit their website and take a look at their menu to get a feel for what it is that I like.
